5.3 Classification and transparency
Copy link to “5.3 Classification and transparency”The platform is a hosting service provider and an online platform within the meaning of Article 3(g) and (i) DSA; it is not a very large online platform (Article 33 DSA). We will publish the average number of monthly active users in the EU (Article 24(2) DSA) here for the first time six months after the platform launches, and every six months thereafter. The transparency report is at desioart.com/transparency (Moderation section 9.3). No legal representative under Article 13 DSA is required, because we are established in the EU.

7 Responsible under section 18(2) MStV

User-generated content — everything creators and fans publish — does not fall under this; Article 6 DSA and Moderation apply to it. Algorithmically generated overviews (trending, recommendations) are not editorial content; how they work is described in Terms section 3.5.
8 Dispute resolution
Copy link to “8 Dispute resolution”- Consumer arbitration: we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (for consumers in Germany, section 36 VSBG; Terms section 15.3). The competent authority for alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters at our seat is the Consumer Protection Service of the Cypriot Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry (consumer.gov.cy). The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025.

10 Copyright and trade marks

Content belonging to creators and fans stays theirs (Terms section 8, Creator Terms section 5). Other parties’ marks belong to their respective owners. To report an infringement, see DMCA.
11 Payment processing
Copy link to “11 Payment processing”Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers — one or more providers for card payments and regional payment methods and, where offered, a separate provider for crypto payments. Your bank or card statement shows a neutral descriptor, which we show you before your first payment (Terms section 5.2). Which provider processes a payment you can see on its payment page; the seat, place of processing and transfer basis of each provider are set out in Privacy section 5.1. Questions about a charge go to support@desioart.com; we usually resolve them within one working day and pass them to the payment service provider where necessary. The details are in Terms section 5 and Creator Earnings.
12 Accessibility

Our accessibility statement, with the current state of conformity, the limitations we know of and the feedback procedure, is at desioart.com/accessibility; please report barriers to accessibility@desioart.com (the feedback procedure under section 14 BFSG: a11y-feedback@desioart.com) — we answer within 28 days. Market surveillance lies with the authority designated under the Cypriot law implementing the European Accessibility Act and, for users in Germany, with the federal states’ market surveillance body for the accessibility of products and services (MLBF).
13 Geoblocking and availability
