Community Guidelines
Welcome to desioart
Copy link to “Welcome to desioart”Good to have you here.
desioart is an adult content platform for adults, built on mutual respect, consent and creativity. Whether you are here as a fan, produce content as a creator or appear in content as a co-performer, you are part of a community that works only if we all keep to a few simple values.
These community guidelines describe how we want to treat one another — the positive side, the behaviour we hope for, the values. What is strictly prohibited, and what happens when someone breaks the rules, is set out in our acceptable use policy (Acceptable Use). What may be visible to everyone before they subscribe is set out in Creator Terms section 5.5.
The documents complement each other. Once you have read both, you know how to move around the platform — and how we protect you. We ask you to respect not only the letter of these rules but their spirit. For serious breaches they also apply to platform-related behaviour away from desioart.
1 Our values
Copy link to “1 Our values”Four values carry this community. They are not legal rules — they are the attitude we run the platform with, and the one we hope for from you.
🤝 Respect
Copy link to “🤝 Respect”Everyone on desioart deserves the same respect — fan or creator, well known or brand new, from here or from anywhere else. You do not have to like everyone, but you treat everyone politely and as an equal. No means no — for requests, for messages, for content.
✅ Consent
Copy link to “✅ Consent”desioart carries adult content. But it is made and viewed only between adults who agreed to it. Consent is not negotiable — not for content, not for interactions, not for recording, not for publishing, and not for sending or receiving explicit media.
🎨 Creativity
Copy link to “🎨 Creativity”We want creators to find their own form of expression here — glamour, fitness, cosplay, lifestyle, amateur, artistic or made with AI. Originality, personality and the nerve to sound like yourself are what make this platform. Go for it.
🛡️ Safety
Copy link to “🛡️ Safety”We build the platform with safety at its core: age verification, identity verification of creators, a consent system for everyone who appears, anti-fraud work, NCII protection and technical security. We expect you to behave accordingly — no using someone else’s login, no shared accounts, nothing that harms other people.
2 How we talk to one another
Copy link to “2 How we talk to one another”2.1 On your profile and in posts
Copy link to “2.1 On your profile and in posts”- Say who you are, what you do and what you offer here.
- Be clear about prices, content and expectations — what you describe is what the fan must receive.
- Use the mandatory details (category, body type, content level) so that fans can find you and know what to expect.
- Label BDSM, role play and fantasy content openly (Acceptable Use section 3.3), and AI content as AI (Acceptable Use section 4).
- Remember: your profile picture, banner, intro video, promotional covers, bio and the captions of posts suitable for all audiences are visible to everyone, including visitors who have not verified their age. Keep them suitable for a general audience; explicit material belongs behind age verification and a subscription (Creator Terms section 5.5).
2.2 In comments
Copy link to “2.2 In comments”- Be friendly. Criticism is fine, personal attacks are not.
- Spam, promotional bombing, follow-back bait, flooding and trolling are not welcome (Acceptable Use section 7).
- Creators decide who may comment on their profile (everyone, creators, followers or subscribers only) and can pin or remove comments (section 5).
- If you read something funny or lovely, say so. If you read something inappropriate, report it (section 6).
2.3 In messages
Copy link to “2.3 In messages”- Messages are a private space between you and the other person. We do not search message content algorithmically — what you exchange stays private. Our team reviews a message only where one of the participants reports it or the law obliges us (the detail is in Terms section 4.5).
- Even so, the same rules apply as everywhere else: no spam, no harassment, no prohibited content (Acceptable Use section 2), and no passing on or publishing other people’s private messages (screenshots of chats are doxxing, Acceptable Use section 2.7).
- Explicit media only where it is expected. A first message to someone you have no paid relationship with stays suitable for all audiences. Fans do not send creators unsolicited explicit pictures, and creators do not send them to followers who have not subscribed or asked (Acceptable Use section 7.3).
- Creators may also write to you as a fan without being asked — after a follow, or when a subscription is about to expire. If you would rather they did not, you can mute or block them; you can unsubscribe from broadcasts creator by creator and switch off automatic messages in your notification settings.
- Messages generated automatically or with AI carry a note saying “automatically generated” or “AI”. They are no substitute for a real conversation, and creators remain responsible for them.
- After a subscription ends the conversation stays readable; new messages are possible again once there is a basis for them (a subscription, a purchase, a request, or follower messages where the creator allows them).
2.4 In tip menus, PPV content and custom requests
Copy link to “2.4 In tip menus, PPV content and custom requests”- Creators: be clear about what you are offering. What does the fan get for their money? When will you deliver?
- Fans: if you did not receive something, or you have a legitimate complaint, report a payment problem directly in your account or use Complaints — not the public comments. A chargeback through your bank is your right, but it is the slowest route (Terms section 5.4).
- Custom requests are arrangements between adults. Respect it when a creator says no. Nobody has to accept a request; your money is held safely until delivery and refunded in full if the request is declined or not delivered (Terms section 4.4).
2.5 AI creators and AI personas
Copy link to “2.5 AI creators and AI personas”Some creators on desioart make their content with artificial intelligence, and we run AI personas ourselves. You recognise them by the “AI” note on the profile, on every item of content and in every conversation. There is no real person behind an AI persona; it can reply to you, but it is not human and cannot meet you. If you would rather interact only with people, watch for the note — AI personas may never message you unprompted. If an account looks to you as though an AI is pretending to be a real person, report it (Acceptable Use section 4.2).
3 What makes a good experience for fans (for creators)
Copy link to “3 What makes a good experience for fans (for creators)”As a creator, your reach and your income depend partly on what your fans experience. Here are some pointers — not obligations, but practices that work on successful profiles:
- Reply promptly. Subscribers who get an answer within 48 hours tend to renew more often. Use automatic welcome and thank-you messages when you are away — but do not label anything as personal that is not.
- Keep a steady posting rhythm. Two to five posts a week works well; if you need a break, pause new subscriptions rather than leaving fans waiting.
- Be transparent about PPV prices. Vague come-ons with no clear description (“something wild for just USD 49”) lead to complaints and to refunds at your expense.
- Set tip goals you can actually reach and deliver. Goals that are never met leave tippers frustrated.
- Think before cutting a price. If you make an item cheaper that fans bought at a higher price in the past 30 days, the platform shows you how many buyers are affected — goodwill refunds then come out of your earnings (Creator Earnings section 4.4).
- Stay on the platform. Everything you promise fans, you deliver here — no external payments, no meetings, no file-hosting links (Acceptable Use section 6). That protects you (evidence, payment security) just as much as it protects your fans.
4 What makes a good experience for creators (for fans)
Copy link to “4 What makes a good experience for creators (for fans)”As a fan you shape the atmosphere too. Four things many creators appreciate:
- Tip deliberately, not compulsively. If you regularly spend more than is good for you, your spending limits in the settings are there to help (by default USD 500 a day and USD 2,000 a month; increases take effect only after 24 hours — Terms section 5.5).
- Be clear in messages. If you want something, ask for it plainly — creators value clarity far more than hints.
- Respect boundaries. “No” or “I don’t do that” is always the end of it. Asking again after a custom request has been declined, pressing for a meeting, or pushing for content away from the platform counts as harassment (Acceptable Use sections 2.12 and 5.3).
- Know what creators see about you. Creators see your username, your subscription status, your purchases and tips with them and, roughly, your country — never your legal name, email address or payment details. You can send tips anonymously, hide your country and browse in stealth mode (settings → privacy). Creators may use your data only on the platform (Creator Terms section 10.7).
5 Creators’ control over their own profile
Copy link to “5 Creators’ control over their own profile”On their own profile, creators are in charge:
| Action | Who can | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Remove or pin a comment | creator (on their own profile) and the platform | the comment is removed or fixed at the top |
| Set who may comment | creator | comments from everyone, creators, followers or subscribers only |
| Allow or switch off free following | creator | without a follow, non-subscribers see no previews |
| Allow or switch off messages from followers | creator | messages only from subscribers, buyers and people with a request |
| Mute or restrict a user | creator | that user’s messages are no longer shown to you, or are filtered; the user does not notice |
| Block a user | creator (including subscribers) | the user can no longer message, tip, comment, buy from or follow you; a subscription already paid for runs to the end of the period without renewing and until then the user keeps access to the content they paid for, without interacting. To end access at once, you can refund the rest of the period (Creator Earnings section 4.3) |
| Block countries | creator | your profile and content cannot be reached from those countries (on top of the platform’s own list) |
| Pause new subscriptions | creator | existing subscriptions continue, new ones are not possible |
| Decline a custom request | creator (always) | the request lapses, the advance payment is refunded, no reasons required |
| Grant a refund | creator (voluntarily) | the fan gets the money back; charged as set out in Creator Earnings section 4.3 |
| Withdraw consent to an item of content | anyone appearing in it (creator or co-performer) | the content goes offline (Creator Terms section 9.4) |
Fans have their own version of this over their feed: you can hide creators from it, block them, unsubscribe from broadcasts and control notifications by category.
As the platform we reserve the right to review these decisions. We handle such cases under Complaints and Appeals, and refunds we owe fans as a result are borne by the creator who caused them (Creator Earnings section 4.2).
6 When something goes wrong — reporting
Copy link to “6 When something goes wrong — reporting”6.1 When should I report?
Copy link to “6.1 When should I report?”- You see content that breaks our acceptable use policy
- You are being harassed, threatened, blackmailed (“sextortion”) or stalked
- Someone asks you for payment or for a meeting away from the platform
- You suspect that an account is not the person it claims to be, or that someone is not taking part of their own free will
- A creator accepted a custom request but delivered nothing, or an item of content is not what it was described as
- Explicit media or messages reach you unasked from someone you have not subscribed to
- You spot spam, bots or fraud, or an AI passing itself off as a human being
- An item of content shows you without your agreement → use the NCII emergency route (section 6.2), with or without an account
6.2 How do I report?
Copy link to “6.2 How do I report?”| What | Where |

| Data protection matters | privacy@desioart.com |
The complaints procedure is set out in full in Complaints. The person reported never learns who reported them.
6.3 What happens after I report?
Copy link to “6.3 What happens after I report?”- You get an acknowledgement — immediately in your account where you reported with an account, and by email only if you want that.
- We look at the content — carefully, quickly and without arbitrariness — within deadlines that depend on how serious it is: critical cases within 24 hours, serious cases within 7 days, the rest within 14 days (Acceptable Use section 10.1). Critical content we hide provisionally as soon as the first plausible report arrives. Technical tools may help us with the assessment; the decision is taken by a human being, except where our hash check matches known child sexual abuse material (Terms section 3.4).
- You get notice of our decision — whether we removed the content, issued a warning or rejected the report — and whether automated means played a part in it. The person reported receives a statement of reasons of their own (Article 17 DSA).
- If you disagree with our decision, you have a right of appeal for six months (see Appeals) — as the person who reported and as the person reported.
6.4 What if I report and nothing happens?
Copy link to “6.4 What if I report and nothing happens?”- Where there is immediate danger, or a suspected offence involving child protection, NCII or any other crime, go to the police as well (in Germany: the online police station of your federal state, or 110 in an emergency; in Cyprus: the Cyprus Police Cybercrime Unit), to the NCMEC CyberTipline for child protection, to StopNCII.org for intimate images of you, or to a recognised reporting body.
- Complaints about the platform itself can go to the supervisory authority: the Digital Services Coordinator of your country (in Germany the Bundesnetzagentur), or a body certified for out-of-court dispute settlement under Article 21 DSA (Complaints).
- Recognised trusted flaggers reach us through a prioritised channel (see Moderation).
7 If you receive a warning
Copy link to “7 If you receive a warning”7.1 What does a warning mean?
Copy link to “7.1 What does a warning mean?”Our enforcement model (Acceptable Use section 9) is graduated and proportionate. For softer breaches we start with a warning; where a breach is repeated, or several warnings arrive within a short time, a temporary restriction may follow (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days), and where breaches continue, a permanent ban. We deliberately set no fixed number — every case is weighed on its own and in proportion. Zero-tolerance breaches (Acceptable Use section 2) mean immediate suspension without a warning. Breaking the SFW rules for public media at first only takes the item out of discovery: nothing is deleted, nobody is banned.
7.2 What to do
Copy link to “7.2 What to do”- Read the statement of reasons carefully — it names the acceptable use clause in question, the reason, and whether automated means were involved.
- Once you understand the breach, change what you are doing, or delete the content concerned.
- If you think the decision is wrong, appeal — straight from “Account status”, or through Appeals / appeals@desioart.com. You have at least six months to do so; an appeal costs nothing and is looked at by someone who had no part in the original decision.
- If your account is restricted and you have payouts outstanding: your balance is frozen, not lost — the details are in the reasons we give you and in Creator Earnings section 10.
7.3 Seeing where you stand
Copy link to “7.3 Seeing where you stand”Your active warnings, your moderated content, the reasons behind them and the state of your account are visible at any time under “Account status” (/account-health). Minor warnings carry less weight once a longer stretch has passed without complaint; warnings for child protection or NCII breaches stay.
8 Looking after yourself
Copy link to “8 Looking after yourself”This platform is entertainment for adults — it should bring you pleasure, income or both. We want you to enjoy it, and to be kind to yourself while you do.
8.1 For fans
Copy link to “8.1 For fans”- Set limits. In the settings you can lower your daily and monthly spending limits, with immediate effect — raising them takes 24 hours of thinking time first.
- Protect your identity. Being age-verified does not oblige you to anything: no creator has a claim to your legal name. You can tip anonymously, hide your country and browse in stealth mode.
- Use the discretion features: quick-hide (Shift+Esc), automatic hiding when you leave the app, an app lock by fingerprint or Face ID (your biometrics never leave your device), and neutral notification texts without names or preview images. These are conveniences, not a substitute for locking your device.
- Secure your account. Turn on two-factor authentication or a passkey; we tell you when a new device signs in.
8.2 For creators
Copy link to “8.2 For creators”- Set boundaries. It is fine to decline custom requests. It is fine to pause messages or switch off messages from followers. It is fine to take a break from posting and to pause new subscriptions.
- Under pressure, harassment or stalking: block the person and tell us at once at abuse@desioart.com; where someone threatens to publish your content (sextortion), report it straight away and we will secure the evidence.
- Where you suspect coercion, trafficking or exploitation around you: we take every report seriously and protect your identity when you make one — see Anti-Slavery, confidentially at trafficking@desioart.com. Your payouts only ever go to an account in your own name; let nobody take that away from you.
- If your content is leaked: report it at dmca@desioart.com — we help with takedown requests on third-party sites and can analyse playback logs (DMCA, Creator Terms section 9.7).
8.3 For co-performers
Copy link to “8.3 For co-performers”If you appear in a creator’s content you are part of this community, with or without a creator account of your own:
- Nothing is published before you have been verified and have agreed. You see beforehand what it is about.
- You can withdraw your consent for the future at any time, and the content then goes offline. Nobody may put you under pressure over that.
- You can contact us directly, and without the creator knowing (trafficking@desioart.com), whenever you feel uncomfortable, are under pressure or have questions.
- What you and the creator agree about money is a private matter between you; the platform pays only the creator who uploads (Creator Terms section 9.4).
9 Inclusion, non-discrimination and accessibility
Copy link to “9 Inclusion, non-discrimination and accessibility”desioart is open to adults of every gender, sexual orientation, identity, body shape, background, religion and age from 18 upwards.
We tolerate no discrimination — not between users, and not through the platform’s algorithms. Our recommendation and ranking systems work with the parameters described in Terms section 3.5 and use no protected characteristics. If you have the impression that our platform puts you at a disadvantage because of a protected characteristic, tell us at complaints@desioart.com.
Discrimination between users falls under Acceptable Use section 2.6 (hate speech and discrimination) and is dealt with accordingly.
We want everyone to be able to use the platform. Our accessibility statement is at desioart.com/accessibility; please report barriers to accessibility@desioart.com (feedback procedure: a11y-feedback@desioart.com). Your settings let you adjust contrast, motion and other display options.
10 Updates to these guidelines
Copy link to “10 Updates to these guidelines”We update these community guidelines as our community develops and new needs become apparent. Where a change is substantial we tell you 30 days beforehand by email and in your account (creators at least 15 days, Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150). The current version and a record of the changes are always at legal.desioart.com.
